How do you say good-bye to people that you have come so close to and lived almost every day with? I would have never thought that I would get this close to people in a 5 month period. Before coming down here I obviouslly didn't know anyone here, now I can't see myself going home and not seeing them everyday.
So that first paragraph was written on 5/12/06, the day after my program ended. I have been trying to write something to sum up my experiences. I have come to the conclusion that there is no possible way that I could explain to anyone what it was like in Florida; making some of the best friends that I have ever had in my life.
If you want to know how much I loved it, look at my life now... because it sure has hell changed, and you know what, I love it.
